Toxic Titties Infiltrate Vanessa Beecroft

In 2002 two Toxic Titties collaborators were hired to perform in a work by Vanessa Beecroft at the Gagosian Gallery in Beverly Hills. In the parasitical performance VB Intervention, the Toxic Titties hijacked Beecroft’s work and subverted her vision by engaging other performers in a critical dialogue, and by unionizing them, which forced up the cost of labor.
